Official Week 16 Results

Down 1 lbs. for the week
Down 73 lbs. total

It wasn't until I checked the blog here that I realized 250 was actually a net loss for the week. I was a couple pounds below that at some point, but crept back up after not going to the gym this weekend. Losing one was a nice surprise after thinking I had gained for the first week since starting the diet.
