Week 13 was great! I ate. alot. and i still lost 3 pounds. Total weight lost to date: 38 pounds. Hooray! I'm starting off 2008 with some momentum built up. My overall goal this year is to lose 60ish more pounds. I would like to lose 5 pounds this month and I plan to achieve that by continuing to eat better (and not so much) and going to the gym at least 4 times a week. Here's to 2008 being an exciting year.
