Week 17

Eating healthy while being on the road is tough. We brought with us some food for breakfast and snacks, but the bulk of our diet was not of the healthy variety. So I have some making up to do this week.

Don't let a bad week slow you all down. You've done amazingly well with all of these over the last 17+ weeks. Keep it up! :) And I'm joining you in your efforts. We bought a treadmill and it's my new best friend. :) I may have to start one of these blog thingys myself. :) *hugs* to both of you!
