Official Week 18 Results

Down 4 lbs. for the week
Down 75 lbs. total

Goal = accomplished. I managed to drop the two I gained and then two more. I didn't even really eat that well this week, but I managed to get back to the gym almost every day. 75 lbs. was my next major milestone. Now I'm shooting for 100. I can't even really explain how big that will be. I am a person who has never lost weight. Until we started this diet, I had steadily gained throughout my life. To lose 75 lbs is monumental. This week's number is encouraging, and it gives me some motivation to kick it back into high gear and lose the last 25.
