Week 21 - I also stayed the same this week which means I have lost a total of 45 pounds since we started this back in October. That's great and all, but I have a lot more to lose. And since I have only been maintaining my weight lately, I am going to be a little harder on myself and limit my choices. It worked before so I trust that this will help get me over the speed bump and on my way to reaching my goal. I guess I'll start tomorrow since I had a fried egg sandwich for breakfast today.
