Official Week 5 Results:

-4.2 for the week
-13.4 overall

I waited an extra day to weigh in because of all the salt I took in over the weekend while surviving on festival food at Lollapalooza. Looks like that was a good idea. Once all that extra water weight was gone, the result of walking miles and miles between stages and sweating for 10 hours each day Friday, Saturday and Sunday was made clear. Hopefully I can maintain this progress.
